Being the central users of the platform, we designed to give the jobseekers features that would empower them to take control of their careers.

By allowing seekers to search for jobs with a variety of options like job titles, companies, salary, etc we aimed to help them find the most suitable one for them.

Looking to shape the platform as an educational portal, we brought the feature for exploring e-books to the job seekers.

The main aim of any job platform being networking, we opened up the possibility of messaging and staying in touch with peers and industry leaders.

Another big portion of the design was for helping recruiters from around the world to explore, reach out, and connect with potential employees.

Posting Jobs
To bring all their searches online, the recruiters can create jobs easily with all the relevant details and post it and control its visibility.
Maintaining applications
With job posting comes the tiresome job of filtering out and maintaining prospects. We looked to make this easier with easily scannable cards.
For admins
Another latent yet important user that we designed for was the admin who analyzes platform activity and creates resources.
Reading analytics
With a platform like Hyring Spree, it is crucial to monitor and analyze the amount of job posted & recruited ones.
Maintain postings
The personal dashboard allows the admin to maintain and see an overview of all the job postings, applications made, companies, and recruiters present.
Creating resources for job seekers
From curating the best resources to integrating them with the platform, the admin can easily add books, videos, ads, etc.
